Season 4 (some returnees qnd newbies brought sone much needed craziness in the season, and something was always going on.Tonight on VH1 their series Love & Hip Hop continues with an all new Monday December 28, season 6 episode 3 and we have your weekly recap below. Perfect length, humour, cast, storylines, etc). Season 1 (Everything about this season is amazing. Season 7 (very forgettable in my opinion) Season 8 (forgettable trash, random and blatantly fake storylines) Season 6 (lackluster, and didn't like the new additions) Season 4 (some compelling storylines, strong cast, not stagnant or too unfamiliar) Season 5 (built on the last season, great newbies, and was perfectly ratchet) Season 2 (the same cast from the first season, making for some great storytelling, but it became stagnant as it went on) Season 3 (the reunion is one of the best ever, and slight shakeup was needed. Season 1 (very authentic and enjoyable, while being the perfect length and cast) Season 8 (forgettable because I forced myself to after the horridness) Season 9 (horrible storylines, boring cast, inconsistent storylines, trash) Season 5 (felt very phoned in from the veterans, weak newbies) Season 3 (huge cast change caused a bunch of boring newbies, racism, awful storylines, just weird all around) Season 1 (its clear they didn't know what they were getting to, and a typical pilot season) Season 7 (a relatively solid cast all around, and some engaging storylines, though the obviously faked ones dampened it) Season 6 (a much needed cast shakeup, but strong newbies compared to the S3 shakeup, and some strong storylines) Season 4 (got rid of more fodder frkm the last season, has engaging storylines, and was crazy in a good way. Season 2 (really solid cast, a lot of drama and authentic storylines taking place, while being the perfect length) Neither are likeable, interesting, are not at all aspirational like the show wants them to be and are too old and tired and broke to continue to be making a fool of themselves on tv for seasons on end. Atlanta jumped the shark when producers decided Rasheeda would be the "star". New York jumped the shark when the producers decided Yandy would be the "star". Its clearly fake but they keep it funny and so over the top that it doesn't matter, the cast are young, actually recognisable and music industry related and its moves from character to character quickly with no one really dragging the show down. Nothing will top the first three seasons of Atlanta, but Hollywood is killing it right now.
